The Triangle Deck

With The Triangle Deck, we tackled a common challenge: how to make an oddly shaped yard work with the geometry, not against it. The triangular pergola became the focal point, offering both a visual anchor and privacy for the seating nook. From there, we extended a composite deck that flows organically into the rest of the yard, creating distinct zones for dining, lounging, and enjoying the evening. Custom privacy screens and wood lattice were added to soften the edges and give the space a cozy, protected feel. Thoughtful lighting brings it all to life at night. This deck is a great example of how creative deck design can turn unusual yard shapes into standout outdoor living spaces.
