Paul is the CEO, founder, and creative force behind Paul Lafrance Design. Known for his rock star style and TV appearances on HGTV’s Decked Out and Disaster Decks, he brings bold energy and visionary design to every project.

Janna is the co-founder and lead administrator at Paul Lafrance Design, keeping the team organized and the company thriving behind the scenes. When she’s not steering the ship, she’s adventuring with her family on Georgian Bay.

Shuja combines expert design skills with CAD and Vectorworks mastery to help bring creative visions to life. When he’s not designing or managing projects, he’s impressing the team with his culinary talents.

Dan is a lead carpenter and master builder who’s been shaping incredible spaces with us for over a decade. Whether it’s woodwork, metalwork, or motorcycle building, his craftsmanship (and Scottish spirit) are second to none.

Dennis is a master carpenter known for his precision builds — and his Jedi-level skill at bending boards. When he’s not crafting stunning decks, he’s making waves (literally) on Ontario’s lakes with his family.

Hope keeps the Paul Lafrance Design front office running smoothly, handling client inquiries, scheduling, and making sure things stay organized — and her dad stays humble. When she’s off the clock, she’s all about dog walks and anime marathons.

Joani keeps the financial side of Paul Lafrance Design running smoothly, managing bookkeeping and billing with care and precision. She's also the team’s honorary “mum,” always ready with good advice — or an amazing dessert recipe.

Lionel is the welcoming voice behind the phone at Paul Lafrance Design, making sure every caller feels right at home. Bilingual in French and English, he brings warmth, hospitality, and a strong family spirit to the team.
