The Rejuvenated Pool Deck

This project was all about taking an aging pool area and breathing new life into it. We started by replacing the tired old deck boards with durable, low-maintenance composite decking that brightens the space and provides long-term reliability—perfect for high-traffic, splash-heavy zones like this one. We reimagined the layout to better support how the family actually uses the area: lounging, dining, and hosting. By incorporating subtle changes in elevation and defining distinct zones, we gave the deck natural flow and structure without compromising openness. Integrated seating, thoughtful lighting, and updated railings brought it all together with a modern feel that still respects the original character of the home. We’re proud of how this transformation elevated not just the look, but the lifestyle of this backyard. It’s now a rejuvenated space ready for summer memories.
