The Miami Deck was all about clean lines, high contrast, and creating a private sanctuary in the middle of suburbia. Our clients wanted something that felt like a luxury Miami rooftop—minus the elevator. So, we leaned into a monochrome palette, mixing crisp whites with deep charcoals and accenting the layout with warm wood tones and lush greenery. Slatted privacy walls frame the space, offering both shade and seclusion without feeling closed off. A sunken hot tub anchors one end of the deck, with hidden lighting and architectural details giving the entire structure a sleek, lounge-like vibe after dark. This project proves that even a modest footprint can deliver serious style and spa-like function when every design choice is intentional.
