The Long Lounge Deck was all about extending the livable footprint of the home without compromising design. By running the deck the entire width of the backyard, we created a spacious, unified outdoor area that feels like a natural continuation of the home’s interior. A motorized louvered pergola adds dynamic control over light and shade—open for sunshine, closed for shelter—making it ideal for everything from summer brunches to rainy-day reading. Built-in lighting keeps the space usable well into the evening, while clean-lined furniture and neutral tones keep the atmosphere feeling calm and curated. This modern outdoor deck design maximizes every inch of usable space while offering comfort, utility, and style in equal measure.
