The Kids Deck

When we set out to design The Kids Deck, we knew it had to strike a balance between adult sophistication and family functionality. This custom backyard deck features a fully integrated playset, wraparound bench seating, and space for outdoor dining—all while maintaining our signature craftsmanship and warm, natural materials. We used strategic zoning to keep the kids’ play area safe and accessible, while allowing grown-ups to enjoy drinks, meals, and conversation under shade. It’s a standout example of family deck design in Ontario, and a great case of how we make custom decks that grow with your family.
